The hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful old city, ideal for exploring Ferrara. The rooms are up to standard but facing the main street, making them a bit noisy. The service was very helpful, with detailed local recommendations, but interactions felt a bit cold at times. The dining experience offers high-quality dishes but with an extra cost. The excellent location compensates for the small room size and occasional service demeanor.

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel; the location was excellent, right next to the historic center and very easy to reach by bus.
